Application Hosting

If your business requires more advanced hosting than simple HTML, Kiss can provide this with our shared application hosting infrastructure. Kiss servers run a number of different application servers to suit your needs. As well as standard ASP hosting, we offer Coldfusion application server hosting, Microsoft .NET on either IIS5 or 6, and J2EE standard java based hosting through JRun and Apache Tomcat Application servers. There are few other companies who offer such a range of application server hosting with Kiss' dedicated and expert support infrastructure.

SQL Database Hosting

Most serious applications will require a database for information storage. Kiss hosting offer the industry standard Microsoft SQL Server 2000. This is managed for you by our dedicated server administrators, including storage management and backups. In addition we can provide data import and exports as and when you require.

Secure Certificates

For transactional websites, Kiss offer 128-bit secure certificates. We have a direct relationship with several certificate providers and perform our own customer validation. This means we can set up a certificate within minutes, where most hosting companies require a number of days to carry out the authenticity process.

Webtrends

To monitor the performance of your web site, Kiss can generate statistics using Webtrends reporting server. Statistics are generated nightly and data is kept for several months enabling you to track the development of your website over time. Data can also be downloaded to Microsoft Excel or Word format so you can keep you data for longer or perform analysis offline. We can also give you access to the raw logs to your site should you wish to perform your own analysis. Kiss also offer the Webtrends service as an isolated option, where we download the logs for your site hosted elsewhere and host the generated statistics pages for you. All this is provided with a secure login and password, so that only you have access to the data.
